The format for this competition was for A4 Unmounted Prints and Digital Projected Images. This format has proved very popular in the past with approximately 60-70 A4 prints entered by our members but with six unmounted A4 prints allowed from each member the number of entries were surprisingly low this year. Nevertheless, the image quality seen in the awarded prints were as high as in previous years. This year we had digital copies of the prints projected to the audience during the judging which proved a success.
A4 Unmounted Prints
This print format was included in the season's program to encourage our less experienced and newer members to take part in the monthly competitions and it proved successful with Bernie Smith taking 1st and 3rd places in the Open section and 1st in the Altered Reality competition. Barry Quatermass took 2nd place in the Open section. Congratulations Bernie.
