As usual the competition was split into "Print" and "Digital Projected Images" sections with prints divided into "Mono" and "Colour" sub sections. All members competed on an equal basis regardless of experience and ability and on this occasion the more experienced members took the bulk of the awards although this isn't always the case.
In the "Mono" print sub section Ian Chantler took 1st place with Lyn Rostron taking 2nd and Brian Magor coming 3rd. In the "Colour" print sub section Lyn Rostron did well again coming 1st with Barry Quatermass having a good competition with 2nd and 3rd places.

Well done to the award winners and commiserations to those (including myself) who didn't catch the judges eye on this occasion. There's a second chance of success in the annual competition in April.
